I thought it would be interesting to cover sometime sweet wines. I'm a big fan and would love to know a bit more, such as types, pairings, how to choose good ones, what varieties are usually chosen, etc! I know Elizabeth already mentioned the illness that is involed in making sweet wines and I think it may be an interesting topic.
